Yes, Frances & Louise products can be shipped all around planet Earth. Please note shipping rates will vary & increase outside of the USA.

 

IS YOUR BRAND SUSTAINABLE OR ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes, Frances & Louise is a sustainable and eco-friendly brand. We only use existing materials in our redesigns and as much recycled/recyclable materials in our packaging as possible, maximizing on our efforts to have the smallest carbon footprint we can achieve. We have even gone as far as making sure our website is eco-friendly and has a small carbon footprint, as many forget the affects web-based components have on the environment.

 

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

The Frances & Louise size range is as wide as the size range exists. Pending the upcycle, a piece can be available in any size, from OS to XXL. Every piece will have thorough detail in its listing, so you can rest assure you’re getting the size you need.

 

ARE THE GARMENTS CLEANED BEFORE UPCYLCING?

Full Transparency Design:

Sterilization is a key factor to our brand and the number one important thing to our designer. Lucky for the consumer, our designer has extreme values in cleanliness and therefore every item, be it apparel or home good, goes through rigorous eco- friendly cleaning before it enters the re-designed stage. When it comes to photography, most of the photos are taken away from the body and are then quickly photographed on the body to show fit and form; then laundered again after model shooting for final website photos. Everything is handled with extreme care, just as the designer was handled by Frances and Louise.
